Preparation Method :
- Combine potatoes, onion, butter and pepper in bowl; mix well, drain.
- Heat oil in pan, add 1/3 cups of potato mixture to pan; press into 10cm rounds.
- Cook until well browned on both sides.

- 750 grams old potatoes, peeled, grated
- 150 grams onion, finely chopped
- 50 grams butter, melted
- ¼ teaspoon cracked black peppercorns
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
