SWISS POTATO ROSTI

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Combine potatoes, onion, butter and pepper in bowl; mix well, drain.
  • Heat oil in pan, add 1/3 cups of potato mixture to pan; press into 10cm rounds.
  • Cook until well browned on both sides.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 750 grams old potatoes, peeled, grated
  • 150 grams onion, finely chopped
  • 50 grams butter, melted
  • ¼ teaspoon cracked black peppercorns
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
