Preparation Method :
- Heat oil in pan, add onion, zucchini, ginger and chili sauce stirring until onion is soft.
- Transfer onion mixture to a large bowl, stir in Sweet potatoes, coriander, eggs, flour and Sesame seeds.
- Just before serving, deep-fry tablespoons of mixture in hot oil until browned and cooked through; drain on absorbent paper.
- Serve warm fritters with chili coriander yogurt. Serve immediately.
Chili Coriander Yogurt:
- Combine all ingredients in bowl.

- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 100 grams onion, chopped
- 150 grams zucchini, grated
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 1 ½ teaspoons mild sweet chili sauce
- 500 grams Sweet potatoes, peeled, grated
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 50 grams plain flour
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- Peanut oil for deep-frying
Chili Coriander Yogurt
- 150 ml plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
- 2 teaspoons mild sweet chili sauce
