Preparation Method :
- Peel the potatoes and grate.
- Add coriander leaves, salt and white pepper. Mix well.
- Divide into 8 equal portions. Make balls and then press gently between the palms.
- Grate the carrot. Divide into 4 equal portions. Spread each portion over potato tikkis. Top each with 2 tablespoon cheese and cover with the remaining tikkis. Press gently.
- Preheat a non-stick griddle over high heat. Place the potato tikkis on it.
- Drizzle 2 tablespoon oil at the sides of the potato tikkis. Cook till one side of the potatoes gets reddish brown.
- Turn them carefully to the other side. Drizzle remaining oil and cook till other side turns brown.

- 200 grams chopped coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- 3 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 small carrots
- 6 tablespoons cheese
- 5 tablespoons peanut oil
