Preparation Method :
- Peel and mash the potatoes.
- Preheat 3 tablespoons oil in a small frying pan over high heat. Add the onion and fry till they get transparent.
- Add green peas and fry till they get tender.
- Add potatoes, salt and pepper. Fry for 5 minutes. Remove from fire. Divide into 4 equal portions.
- Cut each bread slice into 2 pieces.
- Stuff each portion of fried potatoes between two pieces of bread.
- Add salt and turmeric powder to the gram flour. Make batter using water.
- Preheat oil in a small frying pan over high heat. Dip one of the stuffed bread cutlets in the gram flour batter.
- Deep fry till golden brown.

- 200 grams green peas

- Pepper to taste
- 6 bread slices
- 250 grams flour
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Water
