POTATO TIKKA

Preparation Method :
- Peel and cut potatoes into cubes. Half boil. Remove from fire. Drain water.
- Remove coriander leaves from the stem. Grind coriander leaves and green chilies into a smooth paste.
- Add to the potatoes. Add salt and yogurt. Mix well.
- Cook in a preheated oven till potatoes are done.
- Cut onion into very thin roundels. Spread over the potatoes. Add lemon juice.

- 2 bunch coriander leaves
- 4 green chilies
- Salt to taste
- 5 tablespoons yogurt
- 2 onions
- 1 lemon
- Sesame Oil for frying

what should i modify when i make this recipy on fried pen..coz i tried it bt akl the gravi was on friedpan oil ..not in the potatos
