Preparation Method :
- Peel and mash potatoes. Soak breads in a bowl of water for a few seconds. Press gently between palms to drain away water.
- Mix with potatoes. Add salt and lemon juice.
- Divide into 8 equal portions.
- Preheat 3 tablespoons oil in a small frying pan. Add coriander seeds.
- After a minute add coconut, green chilies and coriander leaves. Fry over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Remove from fire.
- Shape potatoes into cups and stuff with equal portions of fried coconut. Close the edges and give round shapes.
- Make a batter of medium consistency using refined flour and water. Add a little salt.
- Preheat oil in a small frying pan.

- 10 large boiled potatoes
- 5 slices of bread
- 1 lemon
- Salt to taste
- 300 ml IDHAYAM MANTRA peanut oil
- 3 teaspoons coriander seeds
- 250 grams grated coconut
- 4 minced green chilies
- 6 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
- 200 grams refined flour
- Water
