Preparation Method :
- Boil, steam or microwave potato until tender; mash well.
- Sift flour and soda into bowl, make well in centre, stir in potato, egg, milk, oregano and pepper.
- Heat butter in large pan, drop 2 tablespoons of mixture into pan, cook until browned on both sides; repeat with remaining mixture.
INGREDIENTS
- 200 grams Old potato, peeled, chopped
- 150 grams Self-Raising flour
- Pinch bicarbonate of soda
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 200 ml milk
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
- 1 teaspoon seasoned pepper
- 50 grams butter
