Preparation Method :
- Peel and mash the potatoes.
- Preheat 3 tablespoons oil in a small frying pan over high heat. Add onion and fry till they get transparent.
- Add green peas and fry till they get tender.
- Add potatoes, salt and pepper. Fry for 5 minutes. Remove from fire. Divide into 4 equal portions
- Take 500 ml water in a bowl. Dip 1 slice of bread. Remove immediately. Press lightly between palms to drain away water.
- Put a portion of fried potatoes in between. Enfold and seal the edges. Give it round or oval shape. Repeat process for rest of the breads and potato.
- Preheat oil over high heat in the frying pan. Deep fry the bread chops till golden brown.

- 4 boiled potatoes
- 300 ml IDHAYAM MANTRA peanut oil
- 2 chopped onion
- 300 grams green peas
- Salt to taste
- 6 bread slices
- Pepper to taste
