Preparation Method :
- Peel and mash the potatoes. Mash the fish.
- Mix together potatoes, fish, cheese, green chilies, ginger, garlic, salt and pepper. Divide into 6 equal portions.
- Make smooth cutlets in fish Shape.
- Grill in a preheated oven till the cutlets turn golden brown on both the sides.
INGREDIENTS
- 6 boiled potatoes
- 400 grams boiled fish (boneless)
- 200 grams grated cheese
- 6 chopped green chilies
- 2 tablespoon grated ginger
- 15 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt to taste
- White pepper to taste
