Preparation Method :
- Peel and mash the potatoes.
- Add green chilies, garlic, salt and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Divide into 5 equal portions and make balls. Press between palms to shape into round cutlets.
- Dip the cutlets in honey. Roll in breadcrumbs.
- Preheat a griddle over high heat. Sprinkle half the oil.
- Cook the cutlets over medium heat till the underside turns golden brown.
- Turn to the other side, add remaining oil and cook till the other side turns golden brown too.
INGREDIENTS
- 8 boiled potatoes
- 6 chopped green chilies
- 15 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt to taste
- 1 lemon
- 500 ml honey
- 300 grams breadcrumbs
- 8 tablespoons peanut oil
