POTATO SPREAD

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Cooking Time :
45 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Peel and mash potatoes.
  • Preheat milk in a small frying pan. Add potatoes.
  • Cover and cook till the milk and potato turn into a thick paste.
  • Add corns, coconut, salt and pepper. Mix well. Remove from fire.
  • Toast the breads. Spread the potatoes evenly over the breads.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 small sized potatoes, boiled
  • 300 ml milk
  • 200 grams boiled corns
  • 200 grams grated coconut
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 10 bread slices
