Preparation Method :
- Peel and mash potatoes.
- Preheat milk in a small frying pan. Add potatoes.
- Cover and cook till the milk and potato turn into a thick paste.
- Add corns, coconut, salt and pepper. Mix well. Remove from fire.
- Toast the breads. Spread the potatoes evenly over the breads.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 small sized potatoes, boiled
- 300 ml milk
- 200 grams boiled corns
- 200 grams grated coconut
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 10 bread slices
