Preparation Method :
- Preheat oil in a small frying pan over high heat.
- Add onion and fry till they get transparent.
- Add green peas and fry till they get tender.
- Peel and mash the potatoes and add along with salt and pepper.
- Fry for 5 minutes. Remove from fire.
- Divide the potatoes into 4 equal portions.
- Cut each bread slice into 2 triangular pieces.
- Stuff each portion of potato between 2 triangular pieces of bread. Grill.

- 4 tablespoons peanut oil
- 2 chopped onion
- 200 grams green peas
- 4 boiled potatoes
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 8 bread slices
