POTATO ROLL

Preparation Method :
- Add soda bi carbonate, 2 tablespoons refined oil and salt to refined flour.
- Knead with water. Peel the potatoes, mash and add salt.
- Divide the flour into 6 equal portions. Make balls.
- Dust the balls with flour and roll each ball into 8-10 diameters round discs.
- Preheat a griddle over high heat. Cook the discs on both the sides, applying 3 tablespoons oil. Remove from fire.
- Put 1/6 portion of the mashed potatoes in the middle of each disc. Spread chopped onion and green chilies over the potatoes.
- Add a little lemon juice and sprinkle 2 tablespoon tomato sauce over each disc. Give the shape of a roll. Seal ½ of the roll with a paper so that the filling does not fall down while eating.

- 250 ml IDHAYAM MANTRA peanut oil

- 8 Medium sized boiled potatoes
- 4 chopped onions
- 6 chopped green chilies
- 2 lemons
- 8 tablespoons tomato sauce
