POTATO, ONION AND ANCHOVY BAKE

Preparation Method :
- Grease 17cm x 23cm ovenproof dish (1.25 litre/5 cup capacity).
- Combine potatoes, garlic, nutmeg and cream in pan; simmer 5 minutes.
- Drain, reserve cream, discard garlic.
- Layer potatoes, onion and anchovies in prepared dish, pour over reserved cream; top with cheeses and sprinkle with pine nuts.
- Bake, uncovered in moderate oven about 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

- 1 kg old potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- Pinch ground nutmeg
- 300 ml cream
- 100 grams onion, sliced
- 6 anchovy fillets, drained, chopped
- 50 grams grated parmesan cheese
- 100 grams grated tasty Cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts
