GRILLED POTATOES WITH GARLIC

Preparation Method :
- Cut potatoes into large wedges.
- Place onto greased oven trays, bake in moderately hot oven about 30 minutes or until just tender; cool.
- Combine oil, garlic, herbs, mustard and juice in bowl, add potatoes toss until potatoes are well coated with mixture.
- Return potatoes to oven trays, brush with butter, cook under hot grill until golden brown, turning potatoes when necessary.
- Serve sprinkled with salt, if desired.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg old potatoes, peeled
- 100 ml Peanut oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon seeded mustard
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 50 grams butter, melted
