Preparation Method :
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until just tender. Drain well.
- Melt the butter in a large, heavy skillet.
- Add the rosemary and the potatoes and mix well.
- Stir frequently for about 5 minutes or until the potatoes are thoroughly coated in rosemary butter.
- Arrange the potatoes in large bowls, sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve immediately.

- 2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 500 grams small new potatoes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
