BUTTERED NEW POTATOES WITH HERBS

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Boil the potatoes in salted water until just tender. Drain well.
  • Melt the butter in a large, heavy skillet.
  • Add the rosemary and the potatoes and mix well.
  • Stir frequently for about 5 minutes or until the potatoes are thoroughly coated in rosemary butter.
  • Arrange the potatoes in large bowls, sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 75 grams butter
  • 2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 500 grams small new potatoes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
