- Scrub potatoes well.
- Pierce skin in several places with fork or skewer.
Place potatoes onto oven shelves. - Bake in moderately hot oven about 1 hour or until tender.
- Serve with topping of your choice.
Chorizo Sausage Topping
- Cook sausage in dry pan about 3 minutes or until heated through; drain on absorbent paper.
- Combine tomatoes, sugar and vinegar in small bowl; mix well.
- Divide sausage and cheese spread between potatoes, top with tomato mixture.

- 250 grams chorizo sausage, sliced
- 425 grams can tomatoes, drained, chopped
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 80 grams packet garlic and herb cheese spread
