BABY POTATOES IN DASHI SAUCE

Preparation Method :
- Mix the Dashi granules with the measured water.
- Heat sesame oil and stir-fry onion for a minute. Add potatoes and mix well to ensure potatoes are well coated with sesame oil.
- Pour in soy sauce and Dashi liquid. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 15-20 minutes.
- Turn potatoes occasionally and make sure they are evenly cooked.
- Transfer potatoes and onion to a serving bowl. Pour sauce over and serve immediately.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon Idhayam sesame oil
- 1 brown onion, small, peeled and thinly sliced
- 750 grams, baby potatoes, unpeeled, washed, and scrubbed
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dashi granules
- 150 ml water
