- Mix the mashed potato with the sugar in a heavy bottomed vessel.
- Add 1 tablespoon clarified butter. Cook on medium heat till the sugar is combined with the potatoes.
- Add 1 tablespoon of clarified butter and mix well. Keep to cool. Garnish with chopped nuts. Serve warm with chappatis.
