POTATO HALWA

Preparation Method :

  • Peel and mash potatoes.
  • Mix together milk and sugar and let the sugar get dissolved in milk completely.
  • Preheat the milk in a medium frying pan over high heat. Add potatoes and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.
  • Add green cardamom powder, khoya and ghee and fry till the milk dries up.

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 boiled potatoes
  • 250 ml milk
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 2 teaspoon green cardamom powder
  • 200 grams khoya
  • 4 teaspoons ghee
  • 8 chopped pistachios
