Preparation Method :
- Peel and mash potatoes.
- Mix together milk and sugar and let the sugar get dissolved in milk completely.
- Preheat the milk in a medium frying pan over high heat. Add potatoes and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.
- Add green cardamom powder, khoya and ghee and fry till the milk dries up.

- 8 boiled potatoes
- 250 ml milk
- 250 grams sugar
- 2 teaspoon green cardamom powder
- 200 grams khoya
- 4 teaspoons ghee
- 8 chopped pistachios
