Preparation Method :
- Preheat butter in a small pressure cooker over medium heat.
- Saute onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
- Add potato and saute for 5 minutes.
- Add water. Cook over high heat till 3-4 whistles.
- Open the lid of the pressure cooker after all the air escapes.
- Blend in a juicer into a smooth soup. Add oregano, salt and pepper.
- Reheat the soup and serve with bread sticks.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 teaspoon butter
- 2 small onion, chopped
- 8 minced garlic cloves
- 2 chopped potato
- 1 liter water
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
