POTATO AND PORK RIB SOUP

Preparation Method :
- Boil the pork ribs with water in a pot and skim off any foam on the surface of soup.
- Add potatoes, carrot, onion, salt and peppercorns.
- Simmer to low flame and simmer for an hour or until pork ribs are tender. Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 300 grams pork ribs, cut into small pieces
- 210 grams potatoes, medium, peeled and quartered
- 1.5 litres water
- 5-6 black peppercorns
- 1 carrot, peeled and cut into pieces
- 1 onion, peeled and quartered
- Salt, to taste
