CREAM OF POTATO SOUP WITH PROSCIUTTO AND SOUR CREAM

Preparation Method :
- Heat oil in pan, add onions, cook, stirring, until soft.
- Add potatoes and stock, simmer, uncovered, about 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Blend or process mixture in batches until smooth, return to pan; add cream, simmer, stirring, until heated through.
- Cook prosciutto in dry pan over high heat until crisp.
- Mix cream and sambal oelek in bowl.
- Serve cream of potato soup topped with sour cream mixture and prosciutto.

- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 300 grams Onions, chopped
- 1 kg Old Potatoes, peeled, chopped
- 1.5 litres Chicken stock
- 300 ml cream
- 150 grams prosciutto, chopped
- 300 ml sour cream
- 1 ½ teaspoons sambal oelek
