TEA FLAVORED POTATOES

Preparation Method :
- Peel and cut potatoes into 6 pieces each.
- Add tea bags to the water. Boil the water. Add potatoes and boil till they are tender. Drain and reserve water.
- Preheat butter in a medium frying pan over high heat. Add coriander seeds.
- After a minute add onion and fry till golden brown.
- Add potatoes, green chilies, salt and pepper. Fry over high heat for 5 minutes.
- Add lemon juice and garam masala and reserved water.
- Cover and cook till water almost dries up.

- 8 potatoes
- 4 tea bags
- 2 liter water
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoon coriander seeds
- 4 finely chopped onions
- 8 slit green chilies
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Lemon
- 2 teaspoon garam masala
- 200 grams chopped coriander leaves
