POTATO IN TOMATO GRAVY

Preparation Method :
- Peel and cut potatoes into 4 pieces each. Finely chop onion.
- Chop tomatoes and grind into a smooth paste.
- Preheat oil in a small pressure cooker over high heat. Add cumin seeds.
- Add onion and fry for 3 minutes. Add potato and fry for another 5 minutes.
- Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garlic paste and salt. Fry for 5 minutes over medium heat. Add tomato paste and fry for 2 minutes over high heat. Add water and garam Masala.
- Cover the lid of the pressure cooker and cook over high heat till 1 whistle.

- Water
- 2 teaspoon garam masala
- 300 grams chopped coriander leaves
