POTATO IN MUSTARD GRAVY

Preparation Method :
- Peel and cut potatoes into 4 pieces each. Finely chop onion and tomatoes.
- Preheat oil in a small pressure cooker over high heat. Add mustard seeds. After a minute add onion and fry for 3 minutes.
- Add potato and fry for another 3 minutes. Add tomato, mustard paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chili powder and salt. Fry for 10 minutes over medium heat.
- Add water and garam masala and pressure cook till 1 whistle over high heat.

- 4 tablespoons mustard oil
- 2 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 2 tablespoon mustard paste
- 2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 2 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Water
- 2 teaspoon garam masala
