POTATO IN CORIANDER GRAVY

Preparation Method :
- Peel and cut potatoes into 4 pieces each. Finely chop onion.
- Remove the coriander leaves from stem, wash and grind into a fine paste.
- Preheat oil in a small pressure cooker over high heat. Add coriander seeds.
- After a minute add onion and fry for 3 minutes. Add potato and fry for another 3 minutes.
- Add chili powder. Coriander powder and salt. Fry for 5 minutes over medium heat.
- Add coriander paste, lemon juice water and garam masala and pressure cook till 1 whistle over high heat.

- 5 tablespoons mustard oil
- 2 teaspoon coriander seeds
- 2 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoon coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 lemon
- Water
- 2 teaspoon garam masala
