MILK AND CREAM POTATO

Preparation Method :

  • Mince garlic cloves and green chilies. Peel and cut potatoes into 4 pieces each.
  • Preheat oil in a medium pressure cooker over high heat. Add garlic and green chilies and fry till they turn light brown.
  • Add potatoes, salt and turmeric powder and fry for 3 minutes.
  • Add cream and milk and close the lid of the pressure cooker. Simmer and cook till potatoes get tender, approximately 15-20 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

  • 20 garlic cloves
  • 4 green chilies 
  • 8 medium sized potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon peanut oil 
  • Salt to taste
  • A pinch of turmeric powder 
  • 200 grams cream 
  • 500 ml milk
