Preparation Method :
- Mince garlic cloves and green chilies. Peel and cut potatoes into 4 pieces each.
- Preheat oil in a medium pressure cooker over high heat. Add garlic and green chilies and fry till they turn light brown.
- Add potatoes, salt and turmeric powder and fry for 3 minutes.
- Add cream and milk and close the lid of the pressure cooker. Simmer and cook till potatoes get tender, approximately 15-20 minutes.

- 20 garlic cloves
- 4 green chilies
- 8 medium sized potatoes
- 2 teaspoon peanut oil
- Salt to taste
- A pinch of turmeric powder
- 200 grams cream
- 500 ml milk
