- Peel, and boil the potatoes till they are ¾ tender. Transfer to a pressure cooker.
- Add cream, fennel powder, cashew nut paste, salt, nutmeg powder and garam masala.
- Close the lid of the pressure cooker and cook till potatoes are done.

- 15 medium sized potatoes
- 250 grams cream
- 2 tablespoon fennel powder
- 250 grams cashew paste
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg powder
- 2 teaspoon garam masala
