KASHMIRI ALOO

Preparation Method :

  • Peel, and boil the potatoes till they are ¾ tender. Transfer to a pressure cooker.
  • Add cream, fennel powder, cashew nut paste, salt, nutmeg powder and garam masala.
  • Close the lid of the pressure cooker and cook till potatoes are done.

INGREDIENTS

  • 15 medium sized potatoes 
  • 250 grams cream 
  • 2 tablespoon fennel powder
  • 250 grams cashew paste 
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg powder 
  • 2 teaspoon garam masala
