Preparation Method :
- Peel and cut each potato into very thin roundels.
- Cut the roundels lengthwise into pieces, as thin as possible or grate the potatoes in a grater with thick blades.
- Preheat oil in a small frying pan. Deep-fry the potatoes till they turn crisp.
- Remove from fire. Drain excess oil on a kitchen paper. Add salt.
