Preparation Method :
- Peel and cut potatoes into 4 pieces each.
- Add all the ingredients. Transfer to a medium pressure cooker.
- Close the lid of the pressure cooker and cook over low heat till potatoes get tender, approximately 15-20 minutes.

- 8 medium sized potatoes
- 600 ml yogurt
- Salt to taste
- A pinch of turmeric powder
- 4 black cardamoms
- 2 stick cinnamon
- 8 cloves
