Preparation Method :
- Soak cashew nuts in hot water for 10 minutes.
- Peel and cut potatoes into cubes.
- Preheat oil in a medium frying pan over high heat.
- Add onion and green chili and fry for 3 minutes. Add ginger and garlic paste and fry for another 3 minutes.
- Add potatoes, cashew nuts, salt and pepper. Fry over high heat for 5 minutes.
- Add lemon juice. Remove from fire.

- 500 grams cashew nuts
- 4 boiled potatoes
- 4 tablespoons peanut oil
- 2 onion cut into thin roundels
- 2 slit green chili
- 2 teaspoon ginger paste
- 2 teaspoon garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- 2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 lemon
- 200 grams chopped coriander leaves
