Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan and stir-fry the five spices for a minute.
- Add the garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add the onion and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes or until soft.
- Add the cooked sweet potatoes and chopped fresh coriander, stir-fry until all the ingredients are well blended and heated through.
- Adjust seasoning with salt to taste and serve immediately.

- 750 grams small sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 150 grams onion, chopped
- 50 ml mustard oil
- 2 teaspoons five spices
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 10 grams chopped fresh coriander
- Salt to taste
