Preparation Method :
- Cut the potatoes and tomatoes into small cubes
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add cumin and green chillies.
- Add potato cubes, turmeric powder and salt. Fry for 2-3 minutes
- Add the tomatoes and cook for 5-6 minutes.
- Add water and allow it to boil.
- Cover the pan and cook for 10-15 minutes.

- 3 Medium sized Potato
- 2 Medium sized Tomatoes
- 3 Green Chilies
- 3 tablespoon IDHAYAM Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- ½ teaspoon black cumin
