ALOO TARKARI

Preparation Method :

  • Cut the potatoes and tomatoes into small cubes
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add cumin and green chillies.
  • Add potato cubes, turmeric powder and salt. Fry for 2-3 minutes
  • Add the tomatoes and cook for 5-6 minutes.
  • Add water and allow it to boil.
  • Cover the pan and cook for 10-15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Medium sized Potato
  • 2 Medium sized Tomatoes
  • 3 Green Chilies
  • 3 tablespoon IDHAYAM Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • ½ teaspoon black cumin
