Preparation Method :
- Peel and cut potatoes into 6 pieces each. Cut cottage cheese into cubes.
- Preheat oil in a medium frying pan over high heat. Add cardamoms and cinnamon. Add cottage cheese and fry till they turn brown. Transfer to a plate.
- In the remaining oil add onion and fry till golden brown. Add potato and green chilies and fry for 3 minutes.
- Add salt, coriander powder, red chili powder and tomato. Fry till fat leaves the sides. Add cottage cheese and fry for another 5 minutes.
- Add water and garam masala. Cover and bring to a boil. Remove from fire.

- 6 medium sized boiled potatoes
- 200 grams cottage cheese paneer
- 6 tablespoons peanut oil
- 6 green cardamoms
- 4 sticks cinnamon
- 2 finely chopped onion
- 4 chopped green chilies
- Salt to taste
- 2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 2 finely chopped tomato
- 250 ml water
- 2 teaspoon garam masala
- 200 grams chopped coriander leaves
