Preparation Method :
- Peel the potatoes and cut into 4 pieces each. Chop the onions finely.
- Remove the spinach and fenugreek leaves from the stems. Chop and grind into a smooth paste using water.
- Preheat 4 tablespoons oil in a medium frying pan over high heat. Add potatoes and fry till pale brown. Set aside.
- In the same frying pan add the remaining oil. After it gets heated add cinnamon sticks.
- Add onion and fry till golden brown. Add spinach and fenu Greek paste, ginger paste, coriander powder and red chili powder.
- Fry for five minutes over high heat. Add potatoes, garam masala and water. Cover and cook for another 5 minutes.

- 2 onions
- 2 teaspoon garam masala
- 2 bunch spinach
- 1 bunch fenugreek leaves
- 300 ml water
- Salt to taste
- 6 tablespoons IDHAYAM sesame oil
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 2 teaspoon ginger paste
- 2 teaspoon garlic paste
- 2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
