Preparation Method :
- Peel and chop potatoes into 8 pieces each. Finely chop the onion.
- Remove the fenugreek leaves from the stems. Finely chop and wash properly.
- Preheat oil in a medium frying pan over high heat. Add cumin seeds and green chilies.
- Add potatoes and fry for 3 minutes. Add fenugreek leaves and all the remaining ingredients.
- Stir fry for 5 minutes. Cover and cook till potatoes are tender.

- 2 teaspoon ginger paste
- 2 teaspoon garlic paste

- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 2 teaspoon garam masala
