Preparation Method :
- Soak grams in water for 4- 5 hours. Drain away water and set aside.
- Peel the potatoes and cut into 4 pieces each.
- Preheat oil in a medium frying pan over high heat. Add cumin seeds.
- Add onion and fry till golden brown. Add potatoes, grams, tomato, ginger paste and garlic paste and fry for 3 minutes. Add coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt. Fry for 10 minutes.
- Add water and garam masala. Cover and bring to boil.

- 4 boiled potatoes
- 5 tablespoons peanut oil
- 2 teaspoon cumin seed
- 2 chopped onion
- 2 chopped tomato
- 2 teaspoon ginger paste
- 2 teaspoon garlic paste
- 2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 500 ml water
- 2 teaspoon garam masala
- 200 grams chopped coriander leaves
