TRADITIONAL POTATO SALAD

Preparation Method :
- Boil, steam or microwave potatoes until tender; cool.
- Combine potatoes, shallots, half the parsley and mayonnaise in bowl; mix well.
- Sprinkle with remaining parsley.
Mayonnaise:
- Blend or process egg yolk, juice, garlic and mustard until smooth.
- Add oils gradually in a thin stream while motor is operating, stir in milk.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg potatoes, peeled, chopped
- 5 green shallots, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Mayonnaise:
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- ½ teaspoon French mustard
- 50 ml Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon milk
