SPICY POTATO SALAD

Preparation Method :
- Boil, steam or microwave potatoes until just tender, rinse under cold water; drain, cool.
- Heat dry pan, add spices, cook, stirring, until fragrant.
- Combine potatoes, spices and remaining ingredients in bowl; mix well.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg new baby potatoes
- 1 teaspoon black mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 50 grams chopped fresh coriander
