Preparation Method :
- Boil, steam or microwave unpeeled potatoes until tender; drain, cool, slice.
- Cut salami slices into quarters.
- Combine potatoes, salami and torn lettuce leaves with remaining ingredients in serving bowl; drizzle with dressing.
Tuna Dressing:
- Blend or process all ingredients until smooth.
INGREDIENTS
- 750 grams potatoes
- 100 grams spicy salami
- 1 large green oak leaf lettuce
- 200 grams red pepper sliced
- 50 grams seedless black olives
Tuna Dressing
- 200 grams can tuna chunks in brine, drained
- 1 tablespoons chopped, drained capers
- 125ml mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
