Preparation Method :
- Peel potatoes, cut into large pieces.
- Boil, steam or microwave potatoes until tender; drain, cool.
- Cut bacon into strips, cook in dry pan until crisp; drain on absorbent paper.
- Combine potatoes, bacon, eggs, celery, shallots and pickles in large bowl; mix gently.
- Stir in combined mayonnaise, cream and milk.

- 1.5 kg potatoes
- 4 bacon rashers
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
- 2 sticks celery, sliced
- 6 green shallots, chopped
- 4 dill pickles, chopped
- 125 ml mayonnaise
- 125 ml sour cream
- 75 ml milk
