BELGIAN WARM SALAD

Preparation Method :
- Combine French beans and sliced potatoes in a salad bowl.
- Pour bacon dressing over and toss gently until well mixed, take care not to break up potato slices. Serve immediately.
- Dressing: Heat the butter and sauté bacon strips and onion until lightly golden.
- Reduce heat and pour in wine vinegar. Simmer to low flame for about 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper.
INGREDIENTS
- 300 grams, potatoes, washed, boiled, drained, cut into thick slices and keep warm
- 250 grams streaky bacon, cut into fine strips
- 320 grams french beans, washed, cut into batons, cooked, drained and keep warm
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 Spanish onion, peeled and finely chopped
- 50 ml white wine vinegar
- Ground black pepper and Salt to taste
