ROASTED POTATO CHIPS

Cooking Time :
40 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Combine the oil with garlic in a large and shallow roasting tin. Place in preheated oven at 190°C / 375°F / Gas mark 5 for about 5-7 minutes.
  • Cut the potatoes into wedges, pat dry with the paper towels.
  • Remove the roasting tin from oven and put over low heat on top of hob.
  • Add potatoes and toss with thyme in hot oil until well coated. Return to oven and roast for half an hour or until golden brown.
  • Adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper before serving.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 25 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary leaves
  • Ground black pepper and salt to taste
