Preparation Method :
- Separate the garlic cloves, place on a large piece of foil and drizzle with the oil.
- Preheat the oven to 190°C / 375°F / Gas mark 5.
- Wrap and roast the garlic in the oven for an hour or until very tender. Let cool slightly.
- Meanwhile cut the potatoes into chunks and cook in a pan of lightly salted boiling water until tender.
- Squeeze the cooled garlic cloves out of their skins and push through a strainer into a pan.
- Add the milk, butter with salt and pepper to taste, heat gently until the butter has melted.
- Drain the cooked potatoes and mash until smooth.
- Pour in the garlic mixture and heat gently, until the ingredients are combined. Serve hot.

- 100 ml milk
- 2 whole garlic bulbs
- 3 teaspoon Cooking oil
- 50 grams butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
