POTATOES ROASTED WITH BALSAMIC VINEGAR

Preparation Method :
- Peel potatoes in a spiral pattern, removing only half of the skin.
- Combine potatoes, butter and vinegar in baking dish; mix well.
- Bake potatoes in moderate oven, covered, 1 hour.
- Remove cover, bake further 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Baste potatoes several times during cooking.

- 100 grams butter, melted
- 100 ml balsamic vinegar
