POTATOES ROASTED WITH BALSAMIC VINEGAR

15 minutes

Cooking Time :
1 1/2 hour

Preparation Method :

  • Peel potatoes in a spiral pattern, removing only half of the skin.
  • Combine potatoes, butter and vinegar in baking dish; mix well.
  • Bake potatoes in moderate oven, covered, 1 hour.
  • Remove cover, bake further 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  • Baste potatoes several times during cooking.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 100 grams butter, melted
  • 100 ml balsamic vinegar
