Preparation Method :
- Add milk and butter to potatoes and mash. Mix until smooth, then season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Stir the parsley, basil and cheese into potato mixture.
- Spoon the mixture into ramekin dishes, make sure not to allow the potato mixture get cold.
- Top the ramekins with breadcrumbs and dot with reserved butter.
- Place under a preheated grill for 2-3 minutes or until tops are golden. Serve immediately.

- ½ teaspoon Chopped basil
