Preparation Method :
- Peel potatoes and Sweet potatoes, cut into 1 mm slices, placing slices into a bowl of cold water.
- Drain potato slices, pat dry.
- Deep- fry potato slices in hot oil in batches, turning occasionally, until lightly browned.
- Drain in single layers on absorbent paper. Serve with cherry tomato sauce.
Cherry Tomato Sauce:
- Blend or process all ingredients until smooth.

- 800 grams Sweet Potatoes
- Peanut oil for deep-frying

- 250 grams cherry tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice s
- 1 tablespoon mild sweet chili sauce
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 125 ml Sesame oil
