Preparation Method :
- Peel and chop potatoes into 6 pieces each.
- Preheat oil over high heat in a medium frying pan.
- Add black mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chilies.
- After half a minute add onion and fry till brown.
- Add potatoes and fry over high heat till they turn reddish.
- Add green peas and fry for 2 minutes.
- Add vermicelli and fry till the vermicelli start turning brown.
- Add water and salt. Keep on stirring till all the water dries up.

- 4 boiled potatoes
- 4 tablespoons peanut oil
- 2 teaspoon black mustard seeds
- 4 sprigs curry leaves
- 8 slit green chilies
- 2 chopped onion
- 200 grams green peas
- 1 kg thick vermicelli
- 1 liter water
- Salt to taste
