Preparation Method :
- Boil, steam or microwave asparagus until tender, serve with potato mixture.
Potatoes and Wild Rice:
- Peel and cut potatoes into 1 cm cubes.
- Heat oil and butter in pan, add potatoes, bacon and garlic, cook, stirring, until potatoes are tender; drain on absorbent paper.
- Return potato mixture to pan, stir in cream, rice, tomatoes and thyme, simmer, uncovered, about 3 minutes or until cream thickens slightly.
